Application:
This product is an important synthetic monomer, and its properties are relatively active. It can undergo reactions such as substitution and transesterification to generate some organosilicon derivatives with unique structures and good physicochemical properties.
The polymer molecules formed by this product contain hydrophobic hydrocarbon groups and a SiOSi chain with water permeability and air permeability, so it has surface activity and weather resistance, and can be used as an auxiliary agent in the coating industry. For example, the coating formed by adding 1% to 10% of this product to asphalt has good weather resistance and is a very effective roof sealing material. The coating containing 45% of this product has excellent waterproof performance, can reduce the hygroscopicity, anti-adhesion and electromagnetic properties of the coating, and is widely used in various fields such as national defense, aerospace and construction.
Adding this product or its polymer in rubber synthesis can improve the performance of rubber. This product is introduced into the silicone rubber as an anti-crosslinking agent, which can effectively prevent the rubber from vulcanizing. During its storage process, adding a certain amount of this product can prevent the rubber from hardening. It also improves rubber flexibility, strength and ductility.
In addition, this product has a broad application market in cement, paint, lubrication, TV screen film, photocopying, image sensing and liquid crystal display, etc. It can be used for special silicone rubber.
It is used as a structure control agent in the processing of kneading silicone rubber; it is used to synthesize general silicone polymers, and it can also be used to prepare specific organosilicon compounds as various surface treatment agents, coupling agents, cross-linking agents, etc.
